As you can see from the chart below, there were not many sales in the last year, and the lack of inventory has really pushed the median sales price up to an increase of 22.26% from the same time last year. It also helps that we are in our prime selling season here in Fountain Hills.

This is just a general market snapshot and these statistics just go to show you that prices differ from one community to another and depend a lot on the season too. Things to take into consideration when trying to determine your home’s value, are  location, updates, age and size. It’s really all relative as real estate stats change daily, but it’s fun watching the numbers go up instead of down.

Median Price– means 50% of homes are higher in price, 50% are lower in price, median sales price ( sold) is approximately $559,000 ( last 3 months)

Days on Market- The median days on market is currently at 45.
