It’s very important as a potential home buyers to get your pre-approval from a lender in hand before scheduling appointments to look at homes. The pre-approval is part of our Arizona purchase contract and is presented with the offer on a home. If you aren’t financing then proof of funds is needed, either a letter from your bank or a bank statement with account number blacked out, bank name must be prominent on statement.

We want to make sure that if you fall in love with a home, you’ll be able to take it off the market and not let anyone else come in and sweep that home out from under your feet. When you are ready to get the ball rolling, I’ll be happy to help!
