I’m a Fountain Hills Realtor with more than 20 years of real estate experience, specializing in helping buyers and sellers throughout Fountain Hills, Arizona.

I’ve been licensed since 2004 and have consistently ranked among the Top Fountain Hills Realtors in sales volume out of 53 agents in the Fountain Hills HomeSmart Lifestyles office. I’m also part of the Elite Group, HomeSmart’s top-producing division, and rank among the top 5% of Realtors in Arizona. Having my husband Mike join mein my business has really elevated my expertise with his 30 year + appraisal experience.

After living in the Chicago area, my husband and I decided we were tired of the cold and snow and wanted a lifestyle change. In 2010, we took a chance, quit our jobs, sold our home and moved to Fountain Hills. We have absolutely no regrets—we love it here! Living in Fountain Hills truly feels like being on vacation every day.

What can you expect?

You can also count on me for truth and transparency when we discuss what your home is worth, what the market is doing, what marketing is most effective and what‘s a complete waste of time.

Whether you are buying or selling a home, I will provide you with valuable resources and local vendors to help you along the way.

Last but not least, no question goes unanswered when working with me. I am easily accessible by phone or email during business hours of 9 am-5 pm, Monday through Saturday and you will usually get a quick response. In fact I think I have somewhat of an addiction to my phone as it is never far from my side. I do however need some down time, so if you contact me after 5 pm, your answer most likely won’t get answered until the next day. Current clients are the exception of course, if something needs immediate attention I will respond to you in a timely fashion. I also try to take Sundays off so just remember if you contact me on that day, you won’t be forgotten but my response time may be delayed.

In my spare time, I volunteer at Fearless Kitty Rescue here in Fountain Hills. I also enjoy working out, cooking and Martini’s. 🙂
