After living in the Chicago area, my husband and I decided we were tired of the cold and snow and were determined to make a change in our lifestyle. In 2010, we took a chance, quit our jobs, sold the house and made the move. We have no regrets and just totally love it here in Fountain Hills! It’s like being on vacation every day.

I’m sure you have heard the saying, “if you want to know the best places, ask a local”, this stands true for real estate too. Real estate is local and neighborhoods can vary from block to block, that’s why it’s important to work with a local Realtor who really knows the area and understands the home values. Covering an area and knowing an area is not the same. How much money do you place on a view? That’s a hard thing to put a number on but I can tell you that selling a lot of homes here in town gives me a better sense of that value than a Realtor who doesn’t. What is the NPOA? That is something that is unique to Fountain Hills and a Realtor outside Fountain Hills may not know anything about it. I can tell my buyers the range of home prices  while driving around a neighborhood, someone unfamiliar with Fountain Hills would not be able to do that. So if those things are important to you, then I’m your girl!

Last but not least, no question goes unanswered when working with me. I am easily accessible by phone or email during business hours of 8 am-6 pm, Monday through Saturday and you will usually get a quick response. In fact I think I have somewhat of an addiction to my phone as it is never far from my side. I do however need some down time, so if you contact me after 6 pm, your answer most likely won’t get answered until the next day. Current clients are the exception of course, if something needs immediate attention I will respond to you in a timely fashion. I also try to take Sundays off so just remember if you contact me on that day,  you won’t be forgotten but my response time may be delayed.
