Amazing how fast the Fountain Hills real estate market has changed in the last year. You can still get some good buys but the deals are gone. So are most of the single family homes priced for under $250,000. At this time there is only one single family home available for 249,900. If you are looking for a home under 250,000 you could very well be priced out of the Fountain Hills market for a detached home but you could definitely find a nice condo. As of today there are 56 condos/townhomes available for sale that are listed under $250,000, and a little less than that at are under $150,000.
