It’s very important as a potential home buyers to get your pre-approval from a lender in hand before scheduling appointments to look at homes. The pre-approval is part of our Arizona purchase contract and is presented with the offer on a home. If you aren’t financing then proof of funds is needed, either a letter from your bank or a bank statement with account number blacked out, bank name must be prominent on statement.
