Morningside- Live Near the Fountain

Morningside in Fountain Hills is a quaint community located just blocks away from the fountain. Located right off Panoramic Dr, Morningside offers approximately 125 single level patio homes, with 2-3 bedrooms, 2 car garages ranging in sq ft of 1100- 1800 with a community pool and spa. The homes are priced in the mid 400,000’s to high 600,000’s. The community is surrounded by washes and the Indian reservation is on the far southeast corner.

This is a well established neighborhood and many of the residents who live here are the original owners from the 1980’s when the subdivision was built. The HOA fees are very reasonable which includes common area maintenance, pool and spa upkeep, trash pickup and basic cable.

It’s no surprise that Morningside patio homes are in high demand considering the location. You can easily walk to most anything in town, Fountain Park, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores and much more. Homes aren’t available for sale that often and when they do they are snatched up pretty quickly.
