Our Guarantee

No one wants to be locked into a lengthy agreement with a less than competent agent, which can cost you lost market time and lots of headaches. When listing with us, We will never lock you into a long term contract. You can sign for 3 months, 6 months or a year and you can cancel your listing agreement anytime if you are unhappy, just as long as we’re not already in escrow. (some marketing fees may apply with early termination)

We work with an equal number of sellers and buyers so as your agents we have expertise on both levels. Many listing agents don’t even work with buyer’s which in my opinion makes them less in tune with what a buyer wants.

Our clients will gladly tell you we go above and beyond what is expected when working with them, as you see what a few of my happy clients have to say.
