I love working with home-buyers. The excitement of shopping for your new home and the satisfaction and excitement on everyone’s faces when the transaction closes is just the best! I love our community. It is where I live, eat, play and do the majority of my business. Working with a local realtor has a big advantage, neighborhoods vary, I will know why some homes on some streets are worth more than others. I can determine accurate prices on specific homes in the neighborhood and usually know the minute I walk in a home if it’s over priced or not. I will walk you through the mounds of paperwork and make sure you always know what’s the next step. I am here to provide you with my market knowledge and resources so you can feel comfortable and secure in your decisions when making a home purchase.
How I work:
When you choose me as your buyer’s agent, I do not have you sign any buyers broker contract, instead we mutually and verbally agree that we will work together as a team and only I will represent you as your buyers agent. I am in the business of building relationships, not just selling you a home. I genuinely care about helping you maneuver through this crazy world of real estate. The more I get to know you and your real estate needs, the better I can find you exactly what you want. It’s not all about the house, it’s more about you and your lifestyle and what you need to make it all come together in a nice little package, your home! You can’t get that kind of caring and service hopping around to different agents. I take the time to understand exactly what you want and need. Rather than selecting just a few homes for you to consider, I use the process of elimination so we are not wasting time on homes that aren’t the right fit. I have successfully negotiated the winning bid on many multiple offer situations for my buyers, so don’t think all agents are a like, it’s a skill that comes with working for many years in the real estate business. I don’t miss a beat when it comes to service!

Why get pre-approved?
As a buyer it is a very important first step to speak with a reputable lender to see if you qualify financially. A pre- approval indicates that the lender has taken a close look into your financial history such as pay stubs, W2’s and tax returns to determine if they can lend you a specific amount of money. A pre-approval indicates to sellers that you are a serious home buyer! Getting pre-approved also shows me that you are motivated in finding and purchasing a home. You want to be absolutely sure you are comfortable with your monthly payments before you find that perfect home, not afterwards. This is the first and most important step to purchasing a home!
Saves you time and aggravation:
As your buyer’s agent I will save you time and aggravation! I am aware that you can search for homes on your own, but weeding through all the data can be exhausting and confusing. If you are searching on Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com or any other 3rd party site, the active listings will not be as accurate as the data that is provided to the Realtors. You see our data is in real time, plus we get more detailed information that is not provided to the public.
No cost to you:
The best news is that working with a buyer’s agent is NO COST to you! The services and fees of a real estate agent are included in the total brokerage fee (commission) paid by the seller of the home. This includes the fees paid to an exclusive buyers agent! It’s important to remember that the listing agent is representing the seller’s best interests, and as a buyer you need your own agent representing your best interests! As your agent, I will begin spending a lot of time and energy on your behalf, to make sure everything goes along smoothly. Since I work entirely on commission all of the services I provide are uncompensated unless we have a successful closing. This in no way means that you are just a number, I strive to give my clients the highest level of service, professionalism and integrity, as my past and present clients will vouch for me.
